DISCLAIMER: Please understand that even though the podcast is about Bullying we (Stephen Lewis, Isaiah Milliard, and Austin Bixler) are not acting as if we are perfect. In fact all three of us admit to having been bullied as well as switched rolls and are also guilty of bullying others. We regret our actions and in no way are trying to perceive that we are better than anyone else. The bottom line is, this is an important subject that needs to be addressed and I plan on doing more shows in the future.

        Bullying is defined as to treat (someone) in a cruel, insulting, threatening, or aggressive fashion. And can come in different forms. Verbal, Physical, Using the Internet through Social Media (Cyber). The results can be devastating, causing some Children and Adults to become insecure, depressed, stressed, feeling rejected, having anxiety and even causing death by suicide. Many are already addressing this important issue all around the world, but we need to be more active in our own communities. My prayer is that this podcast series will challenge, teach and raise awareness in every listener. It’s time to be alert at school, in the work place, at home and even in our neighborhoods. If you see someone alone, go and be friendly, strike up positive conversation and help make a difference. Lastly remember if you see someone being bullied and do nothing then you are just as guilty and part of the problem. It’s time to step up folks we need to look out for one another.
