The world today has seen changes. Long gone are the days where people, individuals actually, mattered less. The world today provides opportunities for individuals to be relevant.

I believe that more and more people will be engaged in life to the degree that they have a personal brand. It is no longer about academic papers for they form just but a fraction of a personal brand.
