This was SUPPOSED to be the second to last episode, but somewhere along the way I managed to mess up the numbering, so here we are at episode 48 of an eventual 50.

We talk about altered states, how (ir)responsible drug use is common among creatives, and why anyone would think to take them in the first place. As someone who no longer drinks, I've often found it very hard to talk to people about what I do to get me into either a relaxed or creative mode, and I'm also concerned that being in an altered state will become a prerequisite to creation (not a good thing).

Hoo boy, tiptoeing around these subjects is fun, no? We go into more detail in the episode.
