Welcome to it folks. Today we are going to consider an interesting theory. Is California digging its own grave when it comes to real estate? You can make a pretty reasonable argument that California could lose its dominant position as being a desirable place to live - at least in terms of the burdens put on its residents by the folks in charge up in Sacramento. We will also take a look at what the good folks over at US News and World Reports has to say about what we can expect from 2018.
