56: How To Start Believing In Yourself

We all believe in something. Yes, that’s how I’m going to start this. Even from birth, we had to believe at a subconscious level that we could breathe, cry and poop.
Belief is the catalyst for everything. Even you believe you can’t do a thing, try it and actually do the thing! The truth is, anything you believe, you can receive…seriously.
Our problem with receiving isn’t our inability to believe, but what we believe and in this episode, Molly Ann and I discuss three very simple things you can do to start believing the rights about yourself.
You must realize that you were BORN TO BELIEVE, then be willing to IDENTIFY THE LIES you've been telling yourself and give yourself permission to START PLAYING MAKE BELIEVE again.
