As she moved into her adult life, choosing to serve in the field of Physical Therapy, Zita found joy in movement and exercise. Giving birth changed all that, as she found herself in a hypertensive state, and knew she needed to make a lifestyle change. Zita's passion for her family, health and service towards others shines through in all her daily thoughts and actions.
