Mark 6:30-44
DAD AS A SHEPHERD . . .
“And He had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd.” (v. 34)
- You are like Jesus when you show compassion to those whom God has given you to shepherd.
“And He began to teach them many things.” (v. 34b)
- The greatest need your child has, above all else, is to know the truth about Jesus.
“You give them something to eat.” (v. 35-37)
- Your children need to feast from your table, not the world’s table.
“How many loaves do you have?” (v. 38-44)
- As a father you will fear that what you have isn’t enough, but God’s grace and provision is more than sufficient.
SHEPHERD WELL . . .
