She is also a public speaker and essential oils expert who has been featured on several national TV shows. She will share with us how women can balance their hormones with essential oils and other methods.
Dr. Mariza shares the following:
Mariza feels like she comes from a “lineage of hormone chaos.” Her grandmother, mother, and then she suffered from hormonal imbalance.
Mariza always leads her clients (and herself) into natural solutions.
Her problems led to her research on “hormone magic” to get the body working ideally and get energy back.
Toxicity, poor diet, and a fast-paced lifestyle contribute to hormone imbalance for many women.
Mariza shares her #1 tip for managing cortisol, the stress hormone: green smoothies! She shares her simple daily recipe and ways to add creativity.
Essential oils are an essential part of Mariza’s daily routine! “Essential oils have no side effects, only side benefits!” Mariza shares how to use them for grounding, motivation, balance, and sleep support.
Mariza uses essential oils in diffusers, topically, and breathes them in. For maximum benefit, they need to be reapplied several times daily, but they yield instantaneous results!
For sustained lifestyle changes, daily habits are the cornerstones for success. She gives the following tips:
Give yourself permission to take care of YOU.
Start each day with a green smoothie, matcha tea, or warm lemon water.
Have some sort of ritual for journaling, gathering thoughts, or meditation.
Use essential oils to “oil up.”
Feed your body well during the day.
Have a nighttime ritual to prepare for sleep.
