Nurse Faculty Shortage

Depending on who you ask, there is either a nurse shortage coming in the future, or one here now.  The aging of the Baby Boom generation will likely require more health care workers, nurses included.  And one of the obstacles in hiring more nurses appears to be educating more nursing students.  That points to a shortage of faculty in nursing schools, a phenomenon researched by Linfield College professor Laura Rodgers.  She'll be our guest.
