The issue of who owns and runs Jefferson Public Radio appears to be settled, with this week's announcement of a new agreement between Southern Oregon University and the JPR Foundation. An earlier agreement touched off public acrimony and ultimately intervention by legislators and Oregon's governor. So what's in the new agreement?
