By determining your own responses to certain stimuli, your professional development will increase ten-fold and make it easier for you to achieve those life goals you’ve set for yourself.

 

Raising your EQ is just like any other process of acquiring a new ability. You have to find a method and practice it long enough to make it a habit. With emotional intelligence however, the main block is about awareness.
