Watered Grass

Before we get into the Yardwork Series of this season, I wanted to revisit why Watered Grass is here in the first place. Shame and lack of information are two of the biggest reasons people do not seek help for their mental health or wellness.  Hopefully some of the conversations on this show have helped to bridge that gap.  In this week's episode, I share my thoughts on why talking about mental health is important, and where the show is going next.
