Word of mouth referrals are the best, right? Absolutely, HOWEVER if your clinic is not as full as you'd like it to be, then sitting around waiting and hoping for patients is NOT the best way to go. You can do things to get more patients in the door - via word of mouth referrals (I'll give you a quick tip for this!), as well as other referral sources. Having multiple steady sources of referrals is the BEST way to go, in my opinion. And having a system in place so this happens automatically is even better.
