Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of  investment per day for a lifetime of results. 

10% smarter, how do we play the game 10% smarter? We talked about being 10% better last time, now were talking about how do we get 10% smarter this time? Now, think about this for a second, I asked you a question before, I want you to consider it again. If you were to increase your pricing to your to your customers, your existing customers by 1%, just 1%. How many of your customers would leave you, if you charged them 1% more? They would say, that’s enough, I was willing to buy at that price but 1% more forget it! I’m out of here. If the answer is that most of your customers, if not all of your customers would stay with you, that’s really good news. Because that means your customers love you but not in the way that you might think. They don’t love you for your product. Whoa whoa Carl, we’re a product company, how can they not love me for the product? Well, here’s the deal, whether your a product company, a service company, whether you’re an idea company, whatever you provide, ok, they can get that somewhere else most likely, right. You think you’re unique, let me tell you after working in 35 countries, believe me, there is somebody out there doing what you do equally as well if not better, and cheaper and is about to automate it and come after you. I’m telling you, you are not the best at what you do for your product.
