Standing rule is if you make a mistake, and you bring it to me first, I don't hear from anywhere else but you bring it to me. There are zero repercussions. You will not get in trouble. You won't be getting in trouble. You won't be reprimanded. As a matter of fact, I will thank you for bringing the problem to me. Now if you make the same mistake over and over and over over and over and over again. That's a totally different ball game. Then you can't do your job. You're clearly, you can't handle a task or do your job, but if there's a problem and you bring it to me first, you know, hey, you know, I know you told me not to send out that email. I don't know. Why what I was thinking I sent out the email. I'm so sorry great. Thank you for letting me know now. Let's deal with it. Right so it's almost always risk. So what we, now that we've established that rule we can say alright, you're allowed to solve a problem independently because if you make a mistake, you're not going to get in trouble. As long as you bring it back to me first, I don't want to hear from somewhere else. I don't want to hear from a client. I don't want to hear it, you know through somebody, you know through a colleague. That's all you make the mistake.
