Acts 2:39: The promise is to you, your children and to all that are afar off
Acts 2:40-45: The believers gave to the needs of others
Acts 2:46 & 47: The believers were celebrated all this. Paul by revelation gives more information, explanation and augmentation in the Epistles of Romans through Thessalonians.
Acts 8:4-8, 27-35: Preaching, and then delivering. All by going to the scriptures and doing what they say.
Acts 17:2-3: Paul taught them by way of the Scriptures.
Near the end of Paul’s life he calls or asks for the Scriptures
II Timothy 4:1-13: The church epistles are always in the same order, not so with the other books of the Bible. What happened to Timothy and others after this? Not much is known. No available writings.
In part two we will look at a brief history of how we got our Modern Bible.
