Jamie Sherling chronicles her life of cancer diagnoses and treatments. At one point in her journey, she had reason to believe her cancer was in remission. However, a back pain she had encountered indicated the invasive ductal carcinoma cancer had metastasized to other parts of her body. Jaime is very upbeat despite the cancer diagnosis. She encourages those with a similar diagnosis to briefly withdraw only long enough to assess her situation and make appropriate adjustments.
