It used to be that exceptional customer service was the norm versus the rarity. It is hard to find a day that goes by that some customer service fail is not front and center on social media or traditional media.
Why the change? Is it possible to reverse the trend of poor customer service? Do we even know what great customer services is anymore?
My guest has been a friend for years. We have spoken together about customer service and technology back when I had my tech company and he just released his new book, The Extra Scoop - Rediscover the Art of Great Customer Service.
