I love my Mac but sometimes Apple tries to guess what I want and they just get it wrong. This is where today's episode comes into play. I like to keep my dock as clean as I can. I don't want a lot of extra apps just sitting on the dock. However, Apple, in their great wisdom has automatically configured the dock to show the last three apps that I used. I don't want that so today, I am going to show you how to get rid of that. Apple, system Settings. Desktops and Dock, turn off "show recent apps. on dock".

I have found the only useful feature in MacOs Ventura. It happens to be called "Stage Manager" and it will INCREASE your productivity! No more disorganized desktops. With Stage Manager you can group together apps that you use frequently and leave apps that you still need access too available. You can quickly change apps by clicking a mouse button.

Before you hire your first employee make sure that you take the time to put things in place.
- Does your business have an Employer Identification number? (EIN)
- Do you have Worker’s Compensation Insurance?
