Recently I have felt like mental health needs to be talked about more. It is so important to focus on taking care of yourself mentally and physically. I think bodybuidling can become very toxic in some ways for people. I love the sport and who it has made but in the beginning stages my mental health sufffered a bit until I learned what bodybuidling means to me. Same goes for raving, in the beginner my body was taking a beat down and raving can be a lot somtimes.
