X premiered in 2022 to high praise from Critic and Audiences alike. Who knew there are that many people that see the elderly as villains? We keep our “holiday movie released in the summer” trend going this episode as we review the 1993 Thanksgiving movie Son in Law. Son in Law stars Pauley Shore during his years of fame and box office success. The story revolves around a trip with Becca and Crawl (Shore) from college in LA to a farm in South Dakota. The two say that they are engaged to prevent Becca’s high school boyfriend from proposing. Hijinks ensue and everyone learns some life lessons along the way in the fast paced film.

In 2018, Halloween returned to screens thanks to David Gordon Green, who very early on announced his intention to make a trilogy which would ignore the Rob Zombie reboot timeline.
