Today's guest is Michael Becker. Michael serves as a Senior Director for Old Capital. Mr. Becker is actively involved in financing commercial real estate, developing new client relationships, and assisting clients with expanding their professional network. Mr. Becker has extensive experience in all aspects of the transaction process, including underwriting and marketing, financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials as well as processing and closing. He has closed multifamily, office, industrial, medical, raw loan, hospitality, and shopping center transactions throughout the southwest. Before joining Old Capital, Mr. Becker was the top loan producer for 3 consecutive years in his division at Wells Fargo and has extensive prior experience in the community banking space. To date, Michael has syndicated over 10,000 apartment units.
