She is warm, enthusiastic, intelligent and courageous. She is planning to run a 50k trail in her 50th year. We all need people like Kristen in our lives.

Cara and I chat about running and how our friendship has resulted in me officiating at her wedding a year or so ago.  She ran a marathon recently and has done an impressive 269 parkruns in 113 different locations with a sub 20 minute PB.  She loves the community of running and how it helps her in so many areas of life.
