We kind of knew each other from Thompson Estate Running Club, but we now really know each other as we ran together regularly on a recent cruise we happened to be on together. She is warm, enthusiastic, intelligent and courageous. She is planning to run a 50k trail in her 50th year. We all need people like Kristen in our lives.

She ran a marathon recently and has done an impressive 269 parkruns in 113 different locations with a sub 20 minute PB. She loves the community of running and how it helps her in so many areas of life.
