Are you too hard on yourself? Do you hold yourself to the highest standards and demand perfection? For many entrepreneurs, self-compassion and being nice to yourself usually aren’t at the top of the to-do list.

It’s common for business owners and high achievers to put pressure on themselves as a way to motivate, perform, and succeed. (And you might not even notice the negative ways you speak to yourself.) Self-compassion is essential for entrepreneurs to succeed sustainably.
