Biz Women Rock

In October 2019, I was invited to be the Keynote Presenter at the very first ever She Podcasts Live Conference. I chose to share my own podcasting journey to showcase just how imperfect, meandering and REAL each of our business journeys are.  I share about the beginning of Biz Women Rock and how the podcast I launched back in 2014 gave birth to an entire, robust business for me.  And, how in 2018, when we found out we were pregnant with our second baby, everything changed.

Biz Women Rock

When I saw Jen Mavros’ video announcing she was leaving her old business behind and stepping into a new business, I obviously could relate.  Jen has been helping entrepreneurs manifest soulfully aligned desires and dreams in life and business for 7 years now as a coach and mentor, speaker and leader.  But a few years ago...she began questioning, feeling and ultimately...listening. Which has led her to an entirely new business, the first iteration of which is called Loving Business Forward.

When I think of “podcasting,” I think of Jessica Kupferman.  She’s someone who has experienced the industry is such a variety of ways...as a podcaster herself, as someone who owned a business selling advertising on podcasts and as the leader and co-founder of She Podcasts, a community of over 14,000 women podcasters.

When Ashley Kitchens began working with me as a private client, she only knew one thing: she loved sharing with people about plant-based eating and wanted to reach more people.  She didn’t know what that would look like as a business, but she did have about 5,000 people following her on Instagram.

If I had to describe Ali Brown in one word, it would be ALIGNED.

Aligned in the sense that she deeply knows who she is, what her genius is, how she wants to give her gifts to the world, how to make a profit doing so and completely unapologetic for the woman she is and how she does it all.

And...she and I happen to believe the same core message: YOU are the one who gets to decide what success, business and life looks like for YOU.

Ali Brown is one of the world’s most recognized coaches for women entrepreneurs.  She coaches 7 figure and 8 figure business women and does so very strategically and joyfully through her signature coaching program Premier, her VIP Strategy Days and her Workshops.

But that’s not what Ali’s business always looked like.  She earned her reputation and built a super successful business early on in the internet marketing days as a provider of online education for how to build a business.  Launches, social media, courses, programs, big live events...that was what life looked like for her.

And then...she met her husband Brett and got pregnant with her twins (who are now 5), and everything changed.  She started realizing that the machine she had built wasn’t what really brought her joy.

So, she started asking herself serious questions about what her true GENIUS was and what she really wanted her version of success to look like.  And it’s been that transition that has shifted her life and her business into the behemoth “woman on a big mission” that it is now.

During this incredible conversation, Ali shares…

  • How to go about uncovering your genius and why doing so will change everything!
  • How to recognize the symptoms of not being aligned and her recommendation on what to do if you find yourself here
  • How she recognized that she stopped leading in her business and was only following and the effect it had on her
  • Her belief that strategically curating the qualified clients and customers you want is so much more effective that giant numbers
  • What her life looks like now and how she is bringing her message to the women who need to hear it in this next phase!

Ali is the embodiment of everything I believe and discuss so often on the podcast...that true success, true abundance, true business bliss happens when we stay aligned and plugged into who we are and what our gifts are (instead of looking outside of ourselves for “blueprints” to dictate that for us) and take action accordingly.

The new year is here and I’m sure you’re feeling fired up to make this the best year yet for you! But guess what? That fire...that focus...that determination...if you’re human...it’s going to dissipate over the course of the next few weeks.  Because your best laid plans get interrupted by life, by surprises, by unintended occurrences.  And sometime in March, you’re going to raise your head from the hurricane of ideas, tasks and work you’ve been submerged in and remember those big goals you had back in January and wonder how in the world you can get back to a place of making them come true this year.

You’re not alone, girl.  We all start out the year strong and if we don’t have a program or the accountability or the structure to keep us focused and intentional with how we’re spending our time...it can all get lost.  It’s happened to me. And it’s happened to so many other amazing women entrepreneurs I know!

Which is why I decided that this year is the year I wanted to work with just a handful of driven, determined and passionate women entrepreneurs...so we can go to work doing the deep and focused work it takes to create their dream businesses.

As of now, just a few spots remain for my 1 Year Private Coaching Program...a program that gives you and I the space and the structure to work hand in hand as you get clear about your vision, get focused in on what needs to happen in order to make that vision a reality and take intentional actions to see it come to fruition!  And with the regular accountability, the quarterly deep dive sessions and the kickoff Intensive...and with me here with you every step of the way...having the profitable and purposeful business that you enjoy showing up for every day is inevitable!

To find out more about my 1 Year Private Coaching Program, go to http://BizWomenRock.com/mybigyear and apply today!  I’m responding to applications as they come in and spots are filling on a first come, first serve basis.

We can’t do this alone.  And if the structured and customized support of private coaching is what you need to finally achieve what you know you’re ready for in your business, then I can’t wait to read your application.  Let’s do this!
