Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

Where was the vulnerability and the susceptibility you know you got to be really honest about where your model is? Where you are personally or professionally? So once you get the awareness then you can flip things around. So number two, is then we look to break in, right. We have to take inventory of our rules, beliefs, values, attributes, organizing principles. What are the things that got us here and there’s things gonna take us to the next level. Like my daughter crushing it in 8th grade and you would say “oh my god Vanny, why would you leave 8th grade? You're doing great. I like 95 average, you're very popular, crushing it in sports, why don't you stay?”. And she could, she’d go back and repeat 8th grade, there’s no losing she’s got to go up even though they promote her so she’ll now do it again but it’s sometimes, it’s just time to move on. And so maybe you’ve just outgrown your infrastructure or you’ve grown outgrown the processes or you,  I’ve outgrown that haircut. (Yeah exactly) so you sometimes just outgrow things and it’s time to go to the next level so a comeback doesn’t mean something was bad it just means it might not be where you want it right now.
