Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
The downtimes to me or the times that separate the man from the voice, the weak from the strong and those that have done their homework and those that have prepared. I started my--like you talking to the wrong guy here, I started in 1985 in the middle of a real estate recession. I went to 1987 you know the Black Friday, I went through 9/11, I went to 2008 and now we’re going through a pandemic and what I find over and over again is those people that are prepared, that have done their homework, that are hustling, that are doing everything in their power and fully committed to serving their clients, they’re gonna continue to do well during the tough times. It’s the people that aren’t ready to prepare or doing what’s convenient and aren’t really committed, those are the people that are gonna struggle. So, I don’t mind the tough times it you know, thins out those that are doing business for convenience you know like that shop owner I remembered asking a shop owner I’m like who’s your client? What are you talking about? You know ohh I turn this sign from close to open and people walk-in! I’m like that’s not an avatar.
