SHOW NOTES (www.mikejamesreid.com)

Brandon Clift has achieved and experienced a lot in his 25 odd years. He was running a fitness business in Australia called Zone Fitness for almost ten years, being recognised as Young Entrepreneur of the Year for getting his gym to the #1 rank on the Gold Coast.

Just six months ago, Brandon realised he wasn’t happy. He was out of alignment and he needed a change. He needed to find a purpose and mission that fulfilled him. So he embarked on a global adventure, and has since created an organisation called ‘The Path of the Warrior’ - an initiative that aims to create a world of men who are living their lives fully, with passion, integrity, and aligned with their purpose.

In this episode, we talk about the Jungian archetypes and how to use them as a framework for understanding the decisions we make. We also talk about the dichotomy of head versus heart, and the one question Brandon asks himself when he is faced with a big life decision. Enjoy!

Episode Highlights:

  • Jungian Archetypes and how to use the male archetypes as a framework for understanding the deep psychological drivers of men
  • How to prepare for getting into the right kind of relationship
  • The dichotomies of health and the desire to want to let go while also finding balance with good health
  • Staying ‘on mission’ and what that really means
  • How to navigate the dichotomy of head versus heart and the one question that guides Brandon’s big life decisions
