Beverly had been there... a beautiful family, a nice house, new cars, and an enviable job as an attorney. On the surface, all seems well and good, but the truth is, the work of an attorney, or any work for that matter, can often turn into a monster that sucks away at your life and soul.
Beverly knew it all too well, which was how she came to realize with her husband, the importance of having all their "ducks" in a row, so they can have peace of mind knowing that they do everything in their power to care for their family from a legal, financial, spiritual, and family legacy standpoints. Their book is based on personal experiences, and for Beverly, it's from being both a lawyer and mother. The book was written to be a guide for any hard-working person in providing for a family while experiencing happiness and satisfaction. "The book gave me the inspiration - but also the confidence -- to practice law in a much more holistic way than the way I had practiced in the past," says Beverly.
