Tanya is a wife and mum among many other things!!  She’s had many issues dealing with the scale going up and down, a muffin top that wouldn’t disappear, emotional eating binges that did not involve carrots, and struggling with insecurity! Through all of this, she just wanted to feel normal. She wanted to be happy like everyone else!

In her teens and 20’s, she wanted the quick fixes, the magic pills, the fairy dust – whatever she could get her hands on to make her a lean, happy, and sexy machine. Yup, she found out it doesn’t exist. She wanted to cry!! Tanya was so frustrated.

During her journey, Tanya delved further into holistic health-the emotional, mental, and physical. She ditched the dieting & quick fixes and embraced the journey by implementing simple shifts with long-lasting results.
