Misty had always been an anxious kid growing up, but after graduating from college, she took an opportunity to teach in London for six months, an experience that would get her out of her comfort zone. Afterwards, she would take any opportunity to travel abroad. Over the years, her travels across the globe led her to create For Purpose Kids, a series of toolkits and toys to help teach children about other cultures and the world around them.
