Lindsay started her fitness journey at the ripe age of 16 after suffering Orthorexia Nervosa, the eating disorder that causes one to be afraid to eat any foods deemed 'unhealthy'. Her weight dropped so much that she didn't have a menstrual cycle for several years. After extensive education and development, Lindsay is now very passionate about women’s health, holistic wellness, hormones, gut health, and how to live a balanced lifestyle while mastering a confident and sexy physique.

Kim herself had her own battles with additions growing up, whether it was drugs, love, or sex, she looked for different ways to numb her pain. While she was on the road to recovery, she discovered the power of therapy and it inspired her to get her Masters in Social Work and help others in similar situations.

Melinda Cruz is the founder of Miracle Babies Foundation, Australia’s largest not-for-profit charity for premature babies and their families. Kendra went through several unhealthy relationships in her early 20s, including one that completely took her down into a deep depression. This eventually led her to read every book she could on self-improvement and self-discovery. After reading countless outdated guides on how to get over a break up found in women's magazines and elsewhere, she decided to become the break up expert herself. She now helps others with their break up in the modern age of social media.
