This is a super important episode because I believe that the more you’re prepared physically, emotionally and mentally into motherhood the better off you will be. Megan is a KEY member of our team - you’ve heard me say this before motherhood is a team sport and so having those around you to support you all throughout your motherhood journey is vital. I know for me getting prepared for postpartum was a BIG to do- so I lined myself up with as many team members that could support me as possible. Megan Welsh is one of those team members. I love how Megan goes into detail about preparing ourselves to train for this big event that’s coming and how to best empower ourselves when giving birth and then after.
