She is a doctor of physical therapy specializing in women's health, postpartum, and pelvic floor rehabilitation in the San Diego area. Dr. Lindsay is highly trained in pelvic floor and postpartum examination, assessment, and treatment, and has successfully treated hundreds of women in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
Prior to working in Encinitas, CA with LEVEL4PT & Wellness, she worked in hospital and clinical settings guiding women of all ages with a range of postpartum, post-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic floor diagnoses.
Dr. Lindsay holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about helping moms become stronger versions of themselves before, during, and following vaginal and cesarean births.
