Do you spend too much time at work?
Do you spend too much time thinking about work, worrying about work and stressing about work?
Work can easily fill the time available, and that's a one way ticket to burnout.
I've seen it over and over in my clients and supported them to build awareness and make much better choices.
I have my own story of being lost in the haze of work and losing track of what is precious and juicy about life.
Here are my tips
  1. Stop and take time to honestly reflect on the quality of your life right now
  2. Do the wheel of life exercise and notice the areas where you score poorly
  3. Decide on two small and doable changes you can make today and start making them.
