info_outlineEpisode 188
Life is happening whether it’s the holiday season or not and being someone who spent most of November and December of 2009 in the hospital with my mom, I know how many people are not in a place where the holidays even matter, let alone are joyful.
This episode took a bit of a turn after I decided to record it.
I talk about how we can add more even in the most challenging of times without imposing it on you. If you want more joy, then go for it, if you don’t, that’s your right. It’s okay to not want it, it’s okay to skip the holiday season, and it’s okay to be alone. I also talk about the pursuit of more which can lead to never honestly feeling joy or peace any time of the year.
This episode is for you if you want to ease stress and anxiety, stay sober, and maybe make some new traditions.
I give you some mantras at the end of the episode, my favorite one right now, and as a gift to you with great thanks and appreciation.
I made you a super cool holiday playlist with some non-holiday favorites as well.
