Episode 195

It’s hard to quit drinking and it’s hard to keep drinking.

In this episode, I’m talking to those who want to quit drinking and stay sober because they know alcohol isn’t working in their lives and they have tried in the past or are just starting out and finding it hard to not drink.

I talk about the real fear we are faced with when we quit drinking, and I’m going to breakdown what is truly hard about continuing to drink when your intention is to go alcohol-free vs. what *most* women think is hard about sobriety, and by *most* women, I mean me too, and how do you know it’s time to go all into an alcohol-free lifestyle.

It's never too late to go alcohol-free!

I thank you for listening today. I appreciate you.
