In my group coaching program, The Alcohol-Free Habit, a conversation also inspired this episode where we discussed getting sobriety "right." 

I talk about how I decided to stop drinking and why there is no "right" way to do sobriety, and of course, I share with you why I decided to stop coloring my hair.
