Something that we have had on our potential future episode list for a long time is an episode on adaptive athletes in the sport of OCR. Once I started looking, it seemed like was the man to have on the show to talk about it. He is the founder of and has created a community on facebook to suport each other and to reach out to various countries around to world to try and get their events to be more inclusive! We discuss what it means to be a pioneer in helping pave a better future in this sport, the difference between the term adaptive and para-athlete, visable and invisable...

We hit episode 200 without missing a single weekend! We have put a mind blowing amount of hours into this show and felt that we should celebrate it in the same way that we did for episode 100 back on October 2nd 2018, by doing it live!

Live content is very different from how we usually record so the setup was a bit distracting for us. We didn't edit the episode to keep the live feeling while listening, but don't take this as a sign of laziness because the post credit content took 40-50 hours to put together!

We took almost every time that the show, Katelyn, or Mike got a shoutout in the many other OCR podcasts that we listen to and compiled them into a (longer than expected) compilation. This wasn't meant to be an ego boosting compilation (although Mike could use that at times) but just a way to say that if we are talked about this much, then we must be doing something right for the OCR community!

Hopefully we can continue to grow our show as well as the sport of OCR and we will see you all again on October 2nd 2022 for episode 300!
