Pual and Billy from Foar From Home chat about where they are on their journey to get ready to cross the Atlantic in TWAC at a quad. It was great chatting and learning from another American based team and seeing how their fundraising has adapted with the current COVID times. If you are looking to cross and figuring out funding, this is a great one for you!

Bryan Fuller rowed as part of an eight man team across the Atlantic in 2012 in an effort to raise awareness for veterans. He provides so much value in the episode about his trip, tips on routines, planning for your ocean row, and so much more. Brian is thinking of ocean rowing again soon and this is likely part 1 of a series from Bryan as he was just full of so much to share. He also owns Power Rowing in Boston, MA and just started an annual even, Rowing Without Borders.

Update Episode #18
info_outlineThe Ocean Rowing Podcast
Elaine Hopley is a Scottish solo ocean rower who completed her ocean crossing in TWAC 2016! She was inspired by her family to row and ocean and she chats about everything from what it’s like going under the boat after seeing a great white shark, to polishing your boat, to electrical storms and what it feels like to be in a storm for 18 hours, to what she did in Antigua before taking off that no one else has mentioned. If you are a solo rower…listen to this one! And she isn’t done yet!
info_outlineThis is my second update episode!
In this episode I answer some questions, to the best of my ability, that I've gotten from inquiring minds such as... What's the difference between ocean rowing and crew? What type of campaign do I want to run? Do I want to break a record? What kind of boat do I want? How can you practice ocean rowing with no ocean around?
I also give some insight into where I am in my boat planning and decision making. Along with giving some info on who is coming on the podcast next and how you can follow a future ocean rower who is currently building his boat and planning his trip for the Atlantic!
