Ep. 76: PETA'S Compassion For All Species, Even Asylum Seekers

THE PETA PODCAST

Release Date: 07/09/2019

PETA is offering a kind but simple gesture to those seeking freedom in America. Since the policy of child separation began by the Trump administration, PETA as been critical of the policy and has offered dairy-free milk to Latino kids, especially helpful to those who are lactose intolerant. It also spares cows, who like these migrants are also separated at birth from their calves. PETA VP Alka Chandna, herself an immigrant, talks about PETA's position on the issue and how it hasn't wavered since the harsh border policies began. A reprise of Ep. 24 which originally aired July, 2018.
