Hi guys, Ali Daniel here. Thanks so much for joining me for another episode of the Punch Drunk Soul Podcast! Today you’re in for a treat with my guest Cait Pearson of She’s Hungry - the podcast and company. This has to be one of my all time favorite episodes I’ve recorded or even heard for that matter.

 

Literally every minute of it is filled with transparency and total authentic goodness because Cait and I jump STRAIGHT into the heart of what it means to pursue your purpose and be brave while “off camera” you might say. We started catching up with each other before we were supposed to officially start the episode but while we were just catching up, SO much realness and truth came out so instead of stopping our conversation to “start the podcast” we just kept going. You’ll hear about 20 minutes in when I officially introduce Cait!

 

Seriously guys, if you’re feeling like you want to do more with your life but you’re not sure how to start, you’re afraid, you’re just feeling like it needs to be perfect first, this episode is for you. Cait is such a great example of what’s possible if you really just pause in the face of fear and decide what you want your life to look like. She’s an example of how to do it messy and how to have fun along the way. But I also love how she explains that she wasn’t always that way, in fact she used to feel guilty when she was happy because it made her think she wasn’t working hard enough. I know I can relate to that.

We even get into the details of Cait’s money mindset and how much she’s invested in her growth and business.

 

I love how Cait really let her business grow organically and she doesn’t really have a set plan for it. She has a vision, a really inspiring vision I might add, but she doesn’t have every little detail mapped out. She is really letting it flow with alignment and it’s just such an inspiring episode, I know you’re going to love it.
