I’m so excited to share her journey with you all because just like many of you - she actually started her coaching journey by listening to this VERY podcast! She found me through Instagram, then checked out my podcast, became hooked and at one point late last year, she set the intention of being a guest coach on the podcast with me!
I had no idea that was on her vision board until I actually asked if I could interview her. We both share how crazy it is when life moves so fast! We don’t even realize how it’s always working in our favor until BOOM, one day you have everything you always wanted.
I love Lindsey’s story because I relate to it so much. She always felt a deep desire to learn about and help people, which is why she first started out as a psychology major in college, a degree I also considered. Then she switched to teaching - again to HELP people. But when she graduated and started teaching she realized it wasn’t fulfilling her in the way she wanted. It didn’t align with her heart, her soul, and her purpose in the world.
In this episode we dive into how she finally came to understand what it means to be in alignment, how she practices BEING in alignment and feeling good, what it’s been like to start coaching her new clients, and how to overcome your fears.
We also dive into how she learned coaching was meant for her, how she gained the confidence to become a coach, what it was like to make a significant investment in herself, and she also shares her 4 part recipe for success - and her last ingredient is to just have fun! This is also one of my key ingredients for success!
