Today on the Punch Drunk Soul Podcast I’m bringing on a good friend, Brooke Ritchie, as I mentioned a minute ago, who I’ve watched grow, not only in business but personally as well, over the last year. 

 

Literally just one year ago, Brooke had a negative balance in her bank account and was borrowing money to make ends meet. Today, Brooke has a thriving coaching business, in fact she generated $100,000 in sales in just the first 2 months of this year. Brooke’s story is incredible and we only just scratch the surface but the main takeaway from Brooke’s story is - DO THE MINDSET WORK.

 

Brooke is a mindset coach who helps entrepreneurs overcome money mindset blocks. She has a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology and worked as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She has professional training in massage therapy, bodywork, somatic experiencing, and energy work - among many other approaches. 

 

She owned and operated her own business as a yoga and dance instructor for a decade, and brings both mindfulness as well as somatic approaches to her group coaching and 1:1 work. 

 

She is also licensed as a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and is trained in Deep Transformational Coaching. She became interested in money mindset specifically to support entrepreneurs in earning their true potential. She has worked with hundreds of people over the years to help them live more successful and fulfilled lives and now, since she’s had such massive success in her coaching business, I’ve recruited her on as my mindset and money coach in my Mastermind, Scale with Soul. 

 

Brooke is a testament to just how important the mindset work is. To become conscious of your negative thought loops and rewire them to serve you should be your #1 priority, especially in times like this.

 

Brooke works on her mindset every single day and has been such an inspiration for me to watch her go from a shy, extremely unconfident coach to sharing her gifts with the world and creating abundance not only for herself but for her clients. 

 

I mean Brooke went to one event and created $10,000 of income from it! Brooke is the QUEEN at manifesting because she’s been practicing a few specific tools on repeat for the last year.

 

Think about what you want to create. If all it took was working on your mindset for one year, every single day to achieve it, would you be willing to do it? Now one of the important things Brooke and I mention on this episode is it’s not JUST mindset work, but getting into the right mindset and THEN taking action. Not the other way around.

 

You must first do the mindset work and THEN take action. This is the key I think so many people are missing.
