info_outlineAs I take time to reflect on 2019 and what I felt was missing most, it was time and energy. As I dug deeper and asked myself why, the answer I got for myself was, "I lacked will power to stay committed to the things that give me time and energy!" So as I created this list of what would give me time and energy, this is what came to me: rest is so important and fuels the body, what you put into your body fuels you, exercise is another source of energy, and time with God, meditation, and prayer will give you both time and energy each day.
When you don't do each of these things that essentially fuel you, you begin to lose time because of lack of energy. It's interesting how one will affect the other. When you fuel your body and start your day off right and end you day right...you will increase the likelihood that the time in the middle will be more productive.
Take the 1st of each month to plan and prepare as if it was the new year! Know yourself, know what schedule works best for you, and don't do something because it works for others. I encourage you to listen to this episode and every episode, take from it what works for you and leave what doesn't.
