The Diffused Blues Band formerly known as The Grumpy Old Men & Friends. The band is based out of McHenry, IL and was formed as a trio in 2021. In January of 2023 the full band was born. The band is comprised of veteran musicians performing Rock’n Blues, Classic Rock, and Southern Rock covers in their unique style. They feature a wide range of bands including Anthony Gomes, Paul Butterfield, Muddy Waters, John Nemeth, Creedence Clearwater, Bob Seger, Marshal Tucker Band and more. Ray and Mike were able to diffuse the band for a short time and hear their backstory.

The Difference started in the spring of 2014 while playing their middle school talent show. They were the favorite act of the show, which helped them gain confidence for the road ahead. They later named themselves "The Difference" because they felt that they wanted to make a difference in people's lives. The Difference consists of four talented musicians playing music from the 50's through the 80's. They play such artists like The Beatles, Queen, Elton John, Elvis Presley, and Cheap Trick. Kicked Outta Choir chose their name to pay tribute to everyone who has ever been “kicked out” of something because they were told they weren’t good enough or didn’t fit in.
