A trauma-informed embodiment coach for 14 years, Nischa first began studying the role of fawning and intimacy in 2016 to better understand her own experiences and soon after started sharing her findings and recovery practices with her clients to great acclaim. We discuss the struggles of freezing and fawning. She shares the practice to help set better boundaries in relationships and where we may need boundaries in our lives.
