Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Hello St. Mary Magdalene, Thanks for tuning in to this week's video. A big shoutout to my brother priests, Fr. Chad King, pastor of St. Gabriel's in Cave Creek and Fr. Kevin Penkalski, parochial vicar of St. Henry's in Buckeye. Happy Solemnity of the Sacred Heart. Today's a beautiful day to reflect on the intimate, particular love that Jesus has for each of us. The Love He manifests from the Cross as His heart is pierced for us. This weekend we celebrate Corpus Christi, the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Jesus. To celebrate we each share some thoughts on the Eucharist and how it's had an impact on our lives and our priestly ministry. May this weekend rejuvenate us all in our love for Christ present in the Eucharist and lead to deeper faith and love of Christ. As you can tell, I'm excited to share this update with you! Ascension of Christ Hello St. Mary Magdalene, Happy Solemnity of the Ascension. This weekend we celebrate with joy as Christ returns to Heaven in glory. His Ascension is a reminder for us of our call to holiness, to seek Christ in all things so that we may be with Him one day in Heaven. Knowing that our true home is in Heaven with Christ, how will we cultivate that desire in our thoughts, words, and actions this week? God bless, Fr. Chris Visit us: Donate online:
info_outlineMother's Day 2022
Hello St. Mary Magdalene,
To all of our mothers, thank you for all you do, especially for the tender, compassionate love you show for us.
Also, what great news coming from the supreme court! However, the work's not done, now the battle moves to the state level so we need to continue to encourage our leaders to enact pro-life policies.
God bless,
Fr. Chris
