Heart disease is the number one killer in America. Researchers at the Cleveland Clinic have shown that gut health may play a big role. We knew olive oil was good for us, but it turns out that some cold pressed olive oils may be responsible for inhibiting a gut metabolite called TMAO that is formed when we digest animal products.
