She and her husband were working tirelessly to help provide for their family and still barely getting by. At 8 months pregnant she decided to go back school to get her Masters degree in early childhood and special education with the hopes of getting a higher paying job in education.

Now, less than 3 years later, Chanie not only runs a multi-six figure company, School of Excellence, but also is raising 4 kids ranging from 20 months to 9 years old, working 25-30 hours per week and impacting hundreds of school leaders throughout the world with her School of Excellence programs and her Summit of Excellence live event.
